Santosh College of Physiotherapy, Madurai, is the first physiotherapy college in India established by a practicing physiotherapist. Founded in 2012 by Dr. S. Noah under the Selvaraj Charitable Trust, the college emphasizes hands-on learning, community service, and clinical excellence. It is approved by the Government of Tamil Nadu, affiliated with Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, and accredited by the Indian Association of Physiotherapists (IAP).

The college integrates academic rigor with practical experience, providing students exposure to physiotherapy camps, rural community services, and specialized clinical training. With modern therapy labs and collaboration with local hospitals and clinics, students gain comprehensive skills in musculoskeletal, neurological, pediatric, and cardiopulmonary physiotherapy.

• BPT – Bachelor of Physiotherapy (4.5 years + 6 months internship)
